Welcome to InfraCouch ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InfraCouch platform, a self-service portal for Brands to manage product catalog data.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Account Registration and Access

You must be authorized to represent a legitimate manufacturing business to use this Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

Access to the Service requires approval from InfraCouch. We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or reject any signup request at our sole discretion

2.3 Email Link Authentication

We use passwordless authentication via secure, time-limited links sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your email account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Data and Content

3.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to the product catalog data you submit ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store, process, and transmit Your Data as necessary to provide the Service
  • Make Your Data available through our API to authorized parties
  • Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement

You are solely responsible for:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months or unused portions of the subscription
  • Overage charges are non-refundable

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InfraCouch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
